All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Pet Comfort Supply only ships within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@petcomfortsupply.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Pet Comfort Supply is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

However, we will do our best to help you contact the carrier and resolve the issue.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
