1. About Pet Comfort Supply

Pet Comfort Supply is an online pet-supply retailer based in Atlanta, Georgia. We offer products sourced from established brands and independent suppliers. We currently sell and ship within the United States. Some products are fulfilled from different supplier or partner locations, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

2. Eligibility and customer information

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or use the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

3. Product information

We work to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, manufacturer updates, and supplier information may cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products when necessary. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee continued availability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown during checkout before payment. We may change prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

5. Orders and cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment authorization and our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or incorrect product information. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Contact us promptly at info@petcomfortsupply.com if you need to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or fulfillment has begun.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing and are typically delivered within 7–15 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Orders containing products from multiple fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages.

7. Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 21 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before starting a return. Refund timing may depend on inspection and processing by your bank or payment provider.

You may not use the website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt to interfere with website security; upload malicious code; scrape or reproduce content without permission; impersonate another person; or violate the rights of Pet Comfort Supply or any third party.

The Pet Comfort Supply name, website design, original text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Pet Comfort Supply and are protected by applicable law. Brand names and trademarks belonging to product manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
