Returns

We accept return requests within 21 days after delivery. To start a return, contact us at info@petcomfortsupply.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Fees

Return shipping is free. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@petcomfortsupply.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
